A resident of Weston, Massachusetts, Vincent Barletta serves as the CEO and board chairman of Barletta Companies, comprised of Barletta Engineering and Barletta Heavy Division. In these roles, Vincent Barletta oversees business operations, communicates with board members and other executives, and is integral to making decisions regarding the company’s brand identity and financial health.
Mr. Barletta serves as the face of the organization when communicating with stockholders, government agencies, and the general public. He leads the development of long- and short-term company strategies, manages company resources, and makes decisions about contracts and agreements with other businesses. He also strategizes with other executives to find ways to minimize risk and tracks the company's progress to ensure that it meets its goals.
In addition to his role at Barletta Companies, Mr. Barletta is on the board of directors for the Utility Contractors Association of New England. In his free time, he enjoys wine making, travel, learning more about dogs (French bulldogs in particular), and rowing. He was named the most valuable oarsman on the Northeastern University crew in college. He is also a car racing champion, having won the 2023 IMSA Racing Champion.
